Seller note:

2006 MAXUM 2700 SE :
Looking to upgrade? Here's one for you! This immaculate beauty is a 2006 Maxum 2700 SE. She's HUGE for her size at over 29 feet fully rigged and boasts an impressive almost 10 foot beam.
What that means is an impressive ride in rough waters coupled with lots of room and storage for long trips or weekending. Shes got well over 6 feet of head room below which allows even tall guests a comfortable stay. A large aft (Queen Size) and convertable Vbirth provides a lovely sleep and dining.
The engine is a Mercruiser 350 Mag MPI with a bravo three drive which gives her lots of umpf to get up and go while providing an impressive 27.8 MPH cruise. This boat is fully loaded (as I will get into in a second) and I challenge you to find a boat in this condition, with these options, for this price!
The options on her are as follows:
Reverse cycle Air/Heat Radar
Charplotter with Sonar
CD with Changer
Hot water
Full head with vacuflush toilet and shower Windlass VHF Radio
Survey (2009)
Fridge/Freezer
Twin Batteries and Switch w Trickle Charger Inverter Alcohol/Electric Stove
TV with integrated DVD player and Playstation 2 Transom Shower with Hot Water
Aft Sink
Convertable Aft seating/Sunbed
Microwave
Coffee Maker
Holding tank/Water Tank
Satinless backlit guages
Stainless Trim Tabs
I have recently done the following to the boat: New Blowers (2009)
New Fuel Pumps (upper and lower 2009)
New Batteries (2010)
Wax and undercoat (2009)
Plugs (2008)
Oil and Filter (2010)
New Toilet (2010)
The engine compartment is just enormous and allows easy access for winterizing or tinkering around with things. I really take care of my things (as you can see from the photos) and I would really like to see her go to a good home. She's been stored under a covered slip both in summer and winter, so there is VERY little wear and tear (and virtually no fading). The carpets, interior and forward berth look the same as the day it was purchased. We have had this boat all over Lake Simcoe, Geogian bay and have taken it as far as Pointe Au Baril Station with absolutely no issues. She handled the rough water with ease, even when the Bay was blowing West 30-40 and with all the storage, the comfort was and is great. Its a wonderful boat for hosting a few couples for a day on the water, weekend or even blasting off for a week or two. She's availible for water test in the Holland River on the south end of Lake Simcoe. Please contact me by phone or email to arrange a visit. Contact [removed email] which goes right to my blackberry to make arrangements or for more photos.
